“I once heard that Yoga is a path that has no end, and that it turns into a way of life. I am happy that I have found this practice, as so far, it has helped me in many ways, many more that I expected: Yoga has made me a more flexible, open minded and a more tolerant person. It has made me less self-demanding, has taught me how to”slow down” and to have time for myself. It has showed me what it means to be patient, and also what it means to progress. Yoga has showed me you can do things that you never imagined (I never imagined myself doing headstand and in fact when I started my practice I decided in advance that I will never do headstand! :)). Yoga has increased my body self-awareness and has quietened my mind and soul. It has made me more comfortable with my body, my curves and my shape. I am grateful that I can practice and that I decided to start practicing 2 years ago.”
