Term 2 begins on Wednesday 26 April and ends on Tuesday 4 July
The school runs on a term basis roughly aligned with NSW public school terms and you can join at any time in the term.
Term 3 begins on Tuesday 18th July
For continuity and student’s progress we encourage regular attendance. One class a week is good to start with but two is better.
Classes are small so that students receive individual attention and progress at their own rate. We work with the body but a big focus is also on the mind and breath and developing the energy centres in the body.
Newcomers to the school can try up to 3 classes at $15 per class before they decide if they wish to purchase a class pass. Beginners are welcome to take up our 5 week introductory offer for $50. This allows you unlimited attendance in Level 1 classes for up to 5 weeks!
5 X Week Special Introductory Offer
If you’re a newcomer to the school (and also a beginner), you are welcome to take up our Introductory Offer of unlimited attendance in level 1 classes for 5 weeks for $50. To book email firstname.lastname@example.org or call/text 0415 400 247. Bookings are essential as spaces are limited.

Which Level am I?
LEVEL 1 (Beginners)
These classes are designed to support students who are brand new or relatively new to Yoga.
Suitable for students who have done some yoga.
Suitable for experienced students.
Suitable for anyone who has an injury, is experiencing pain, discomfort or recovering from illness. Times by appointment.
Debbie is a patient and skilled teacher. I feel like she is interested in me and is providing the support and guidance I need to build confidence and strength. I look forward to going to each class and am surprised to find myself really interested in all the exercises and poses and what my body is doing.
I love the attention to alignment of the body. I am learning how to use the props and finding that poses I’ve been doing for years are now feeling entirely different with that support and more awareness and understanding.Stephanie
