School Terms

Our Classes

For continuity and student’s progress we encourage regular attendance. One class a week is good to start with but two is better.

Classes are small so that students receive individual attention and progress at their own rate. We work with the body but a big focus is also on the mind and breath and developing the energy centres in the body.

Newcomers to the school can try up to 3 classes at $15 per class before they decide if they wish to purchase a class pass.  Beginners are welcome to take up our 5 week introductory offer for $50. This allows you unlimited attendance in Level 1 classes for up to 5 weeks!

New 5 X week  evening Beginners Courses available soon.

5 X Week Special Introductory Offer
If you’re a newcomer to the school, you are welcome to take up our Introductory Offer of 5 X weeks of attendance in level 1 Saturday 10am class for $30, or 5 X weeks of unlimited attendance in General classes for $50. To book email debbie@yogaschoolbondijunction.com.au or call/text  0415 400 247.  Bookings are essential as spaces are limited.

Or you can do up to 3 classes at $10 per class (Level 1) and $15 per class (General) before you decide if you want to buy a class pass.

Which Level am I?
LEVEL 1 (Beginners)

These classes are designed to support students who are brand new or relatively new to Yoga.

GENERAL LEVEL

Suitable for students who have done some yoga.

LEVEL 2

Suitable for experienced students.

YOGA THERAPY

Suitable for anyone who has an injury, is experiencing pain, discomfort or recovering from illness. Times by appointment.

Casual/Try out classes
New comers to the school can try out up to 3 classes at a casual rate of $10 per class (Level 1) and $15 (Level 2 and General) before they decide if they want to purchase a class pass. Thereafter casual classes are $20 per class.

Debbie is a patient and skilled teacher. I feel like she is interested in me and is providing the support and guidance I need to build confidence and strength. I look forward to going to each class and am surprised to find myself really interested in all the exercises and poses and what my body is doing.

I love the attention to alignment of the body. I am learning how to use the props and finding that poses I’ve been doing for years are now feeling entirely different with that support and more awareness and understanding.
